1. General Agreement

By accessing or using smm.pet, registering an account, or interacting with our automated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services & Fulfillment

smm.pet provides automated social media marketing enhancement services for platforms including Instagram and TikTok. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:

• Delivery speeds indicated (Instant, Fast, Normal) are estimates based on standard network load and may fluctuate during official platform algorithm updates.
• Target profiles, posts, reels, or videos must be set to Public. Private accounts will fail fulfillment and may not be eligible for automatic refunds.
• Do not place overlapping orders for the identical link while a previous order is actively running. Overlapping orders may register identical start counts and result in inaccurate delivery counts.

3. Account Safety & Discretion

smm.pet will never ask for your social media account passwords, multi-factor authentication tokens, or direct account control. All services operate exclusively with public URLs. While we employ sophisticated, gradual delivery methods designed to comply with network safeguards, you use third-party social media growth services at your own discretion.

4. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

All payments made on smm.pet are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Cryptocurrency, Stripe, PayPal).

• Deposited balances are strictly non-refundable to the original payment method once credited, except where required by law.
• If an order cannot be completed due to provider failure or server issues, the remaining cost of the undelivered items will be credited back to your smm.pet account balance.
• Initiating a fraudulent dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team will lead to immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of existing balance, and permanent blacklisting of associated IP addresses and target links.

5. Reseller & API Usage

Users utilizing our REST API for reselling or automated high-frequency order dispatch agree to observe standard rate limits (max 60 requests per minute per API token). Abuse of endpoints or denial-of-service attempts will trigger automatic token suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

smm.pet and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, loss of business, profile restrictions, or suspension imposed by third-party platforms (such as Meta or ByteDance). Users assume full responsibility for complying with the guidelines of their respective social media accounts.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of smm.pet following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
